Laura Jones

Laura holds a master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy with specialisations in trauma, domestic and family violence, neurodiversity, and suicidal ideation & self-harm.

Through first-hand knowledge, Laura is able to work collaboratively to differentiate between traumatic and neurodiverse symptoms, to help identify and establish suitable and appropriate coping strategies. Her extensive training and practical experience enable her to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.
